All students must follow and abide by the following terms and conditions. Failure to meet the standards of Tayyibun Institute within the following points will mean the rejection of application or termination of contract and blacklisting from our establishment:

PAYMENTS/REFUNDS POLICY
All fees as stated must be paid in full upon registration.
We will only give you full refunds of the full fees if:
- The course is cancelled before its starts
- The course is closed within the first two weeks of it starting
- Course fees cannot be transferred to another term nor to another course
- An administration fee of £15 will be applied if you wish to change course/timeslot following registration
 
ACCOUNTS AND USERS
- Each account created must only be used by the named user and must not be shared between multiple users. TayyibunOnline is able to monitor this and will close accounts where there is deemed to be misuse of accounts and sharing.
- Users must enter their correct details when registering as these will be used to send course materials.

ATTENDANCE
All students must attend every lesson within the time frame given. If you are absent for more than three lessons without giving us prior notification you could loose your place on the course, if this happens you will not be refunded your fees. 

CHANGE OF PERSONAL DETAILS
All students are requested to update any changes to your personal details such as a change of address, telephone number or e-mail address on the profile page. If you do not notify us we will not be held responsible for any miscommunication on passing important information such as your qualification or certificates. 

Tayyibun reserve the right to refuse admission or to exclude a learner under exceptional circumstances

Additonal Policies
- Audio/Visual recording of ay of our courses/teachers is strictly prohibited and copyrighted to the Tayyibun Institute
- Bad manners or ill behaviour towards any of our students or staff will not be tolerated
- No political talk permitted at our Institute or at any of our projects.
- Studying and successfully completing a course does not give a student the authority to teach


TAYYIBUN HAVE THE FULL RIGHT TO CHANGE OR AMEND THE CONTRACT AT ANYTIME.
